We have three seperate gym areas, a cardiovascular studio, resistance room and free weights gym. Upstairs our facilities include a spacious aerobics studio, kids gym and sports bar.

We offer a large variety of fitness sessions (for all ages) including BOOT CAMP, Fitness Yoga, Body Conditioning, Street Dance, Hula Hoop and much more!
