Summer Arts Market
A new Arts Market is set to run in Brindleyplace, Birmingham over the summer on the following Sunday's from 10am to 4pm:
20th July
17th August
14th September (ArtsFest)
21st September
The croft areas of Three (and Five if needed) Brindleyplace are to be used to display pieces of work by local artists. Artists currently signed up include Christopher Collier, Ken Hurd, Antony Bridge of Pochade, and Alice Gow of Alice Gow Designs.
We hope the market will not only increase interest in local artists and their work and also be a great opportunity for people to purchase pieces, and speak to the artists about their work. The summer afternoons are a lovely time in Brindleyplace and will make a fantastic backdrop for the works.
No admission fee to the market will be charged so please feel free to come down and take a look at what the thriving art community in Birmingham has to offer.
If you are an artist and would like to take part please contact Caroline Ashton at caroline.ashton@broadst.co.uk.
