I'm currently looking for a tenant for one of the rooms in my house on a short stay basis, i.e. from now until the end of June.

The house would be shared with 3 others (including myself). Two of us are squash professionals and the third member is a poker player so it is quite a relaxed environment and everyone is pretty easy going....while attempting to be disciplined at the same time! We are aged between 19 and 24. Two of us are former Birmingham University students.

The room is available from this saturday(24 May) until the end of June 2008.

The rate is pretty cheap (£50 p/w) compared to most of Selly Oak. There is a regular bus from just outside into Selly Oak/Selly Oak train station. The house is about a 20 minute walk from Selly Oak high street. The house has previously been rented by Birmingham Uni students due to its close location. There is storage space for bikes. The house has broadband internet and Sky television.

The room is nice, clean and spacious. It has a single bed, large wardrobe and desk/chair.
