Registered Manager - Children's Services - Birmingham
A leading childcare provider is looking for a Registered Manager to run and manage one of their children's homes in a full time, permanent post.
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for running one of the client's homes. Candidates are expected to exercise effective leadership of Residential Care operation and Care staff, so that the service is organised, managed and staffed in a manner that delivers the best possible care for the children and young people in your care.
You will be a Social Care or Social Work Professional who is qualified to NVQ4/RMA/DipSW level (or equivalent status) with previous experience of a child centered residential care environment. Experience at management or senior capacity is preferred.
The role is based in and around the Birmingham area. This is easily commutable from locations in the West Midlands such as Sandwell, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Smethwick, Oldbury, Dudley, West Bromwich, Walsall, Woverhampton and beyond.
