The Company:
Well established international company.

The Role: To be responsible for the Sales Team performance & to ensure the follow up on each leads, quotations & sales targets achievements.

Main duties:
- To motivate the sales team and assist each team member in their work
- To ensure that each Sales Lead, enquiry & business opportunity is handled efficiently
- To process & follow up the quotations on a daily basis
- To create a training development for each team member
- To report on team activities monthly

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English, Italian &/or Dutch - Written & Spoken
- Management experience or Supervisory experience would be an advantage
- Ability to show potential to manage a team may be considered
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Confident, motivated, flexible, well organised are key skills for this role
- IT Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint)

Salary details: Up to £24k + benefits (Pension Scheme + 22 days holiday)
