As part of our continued expansion of our Birmingham office, we are seeking an Operations Executive to provide administrative support to our sales and management team.
About the Position
Responsibilities for this position include:
>Answering and directing calls to appropriate members of staff (strict discretion is needed at all times due to the nature of some calls)
>using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
>devising and maintaining office systems
>booking rooms;
>using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
>arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
>invoicing;
>looking after budgets;
>liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts;
>ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
>organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
>arranging travel and accommodation;
>arranging both in-house and external events.travelling with the team or manager to take notes at meetings, take dictation and provide >general assistance with presentations;
About the Person
>You will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, plenty of common sense and a desire to learn.
>Shrinking violets need not apply.
