I am looking for a two bedroom flat. I work full time for Birmingham City Council in educatin and have done for 15 years. The property has to be in either Bournville, Selly Oak or Cotteridge. I am a very clean and tidy person and I'm looking for a property that is part furnished to a high standard with modern facilities. I have had people waste my time saying the property has been refurbished and when I've looked it's been sub standard. I'm looking for somewhere to make it feel like my home and I couldn't live anywhere that needs a lot of work. I'm looking to pay around £400.00 a month. If it were a large one bedroom I may consider it as an option if it's nice. I have a 5 year old son who goes to a school in Selly Oak, so as near to this is a bonus.
