I have just had a new extension built on the back of the house so now have a wonderful new big kitchen with a super bathroom inc shower.
All the house has had a new rewire, and has plenty of sockets in all rooms.
There is laminate flooring in the living room and 2 of bedrooms, the other has carpet.
Fully C/H with brand new boiler and D/G.
In a lovely quiet grove with really nice neighbours.
Now bad points!
Gardens need a tidy, front could be used for off road parking with a bit of work.
Hallway stairs and landing need decorating and carpet, (the rest of the house is decorated).
If I could pick my house up and put it nearer my family and my childrens schools I would it’s a lovely house.
