Sales Manager / Key Account Manager - Biotech / Microbiology - Germany, Deutschland

A successful, high profile company specializing in developing systems and tests for research and clinical in-vitro-diagnostics is now inviting applications for the position of Sales Account Manager.

This role will be a home based focusing on developing client accounts in Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands etc. It is essential that you have highly developed language skills in both German and English.

Role responsibilities will include;
Selection, development and management of accounts in the region.
Sales of products in the region.
Support for commercialization such as seminars, congresses, exhibitions, etc
Development of partners in the region.

The ideal candidate profile must include;
Scientific degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or similar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results oriented, self driven, independently working individual.
Excellent language skills of German & English.

Essential experience;
At least 3-5 years successful sales experience with Life Science products to pharmaceutical, academic and clinical accounts.

Salary c EUR60k to EUR80k + 20% flexible earnings + Car

The ideal candidate will be currently in a senior sales / business development / Account Manager role selling diagnostic systems, molecular diagnostics, healthcare, laboratory automation systems, laboratory equipment or In-vitro Assay equipment to the life science, clinical research, biology, microbiology, biochemistry, biotech, bio analysis, in-vitro-diagnostics, laboratory markets.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development, Life Science Sales, Biotech Sales and living in Germany, Munich, Berlin, Nationwide, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium or willing to relocate.
