C# ASP.NET Web Developer - Warwickshire - £30k - XHTML CSS -LEADING AGENCY!

Leading provider of full end to end CMS systems to a blue chip client base seek a talented C# ASP.NET Web Developer to join a large and successful operation located in a superb setting in Warwickshire.

The role is in place to act as part of the team to deliver projects to agreed specifications, you will deliver tasks assigned by the Lead Developer to the agreed schedule and will work closely with the Junior Developers, utilising them to assist in delivery of the project specifics.

Your responsibilties will include liaising with team members, project managers and others to deliver successful projects and to partake in various training and certification initiatives.

With solid commercial experience implementing web based applications, data warehouses and business intelligence solutions on Microsoft technologies, you will also be expected to have a working knowledge of Microsoft centric enterprise level infrastructure, middleware technologies, databases and application servers as well as be able to display previous commercial examples of successfully delivered web applications based upon the Microsoft .NET platform.

Required Skills to include -
*Minimum 3 years commercial knowledge in development of web based applications using ASP.net 3.5, ASP.net 2.0.
*Strong understanding of web development technologies and methods;
*Sound data warehouse and business intelligence development using SQL Server 2000 and 2005 technologies including:
oRDBMS;
oIntegration Services;
oAnalysis Services;
oReporting Services.
*Working knowledge of the T-SQL, VB(.Net), C#(.Net) and VBScript languages as well as HTML, CSS & JavaScript;
*Demonstrable development lifecycle understanding;
*The optimisation of physical data models for a Microsoft implementation.

Desirable Skills:
*Knowledge of non-Microsoft database platforms and ETL technologies (e.g. Oracle);
*Relevant Microsoft Certifications;
*Experience or knowledge of Agile development methodologies;
*Understanding of other Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, BizTalk, .NET Framework or Virtual Server;
*Awareness of business intelligence capabilities of Office 2007;
*Knowledge of Content Management (Reddot as a nice to have) and Asset Management technologies and theories.
