We are currently recruiting for the following position.


Talented Executive Head Chef who would assume full responsibility for our Traditional Cuisine Restaurant, In Room Dining, Conference & Banqueting which can cater for up to 900 people and Pastry Kitchen.


The ideal candidate should be a proven Head Chef with extensive experience capable of performing in a very challenging role that requires perfectionist levels of food production and delivery.


You should be an ambitious chef who wishes to pursue a career in the five star market, you should be willing to work hard to prove your value to the management team, your employees, our guests and the company overall.

This is a salaried full time role, you are considered as part of the hotel management team.
