My name is Jay and I am a professional music producer/mixing/mastering engineer from the Manchester area. I work for a studio in Warrington as one of a team of sound engineers, but have began branching out online, teaching online courses to beginners all over the world!
With over 10 years of experience in the field, a first class honours degree in music production, and credits and official remixes for independent artists and independent labels, I am the man to speak to if you are looking to get involved in the world of music production!
This course is taken completely from the comfort of your own home, all you need is a PC or a Mac. The course is aimed at the entry level student who has never set foot in a recording studio before and has little or no experience making music on a PC or Mac, but seeks the skills and knowledge to turn their ideas into great tracks!
The course will teach you how to produce music in your preferred musical style. You will learn all about subjects such as creating basslines, making drum loops, song structures, soundcards, sampling, virtual instruments and studios as well as mixing techniques such as using compressors and gates, and much much more.

Yes you can, the outline show above is simply a guide. It's your course and you decide what subjects you want to learn with expert guidance from start to finish. If you want more focus on recording live for example, let us know!
