this shop is situated on a corner of a very friendly and peaceful road. the takings per day are £700-£800 and thats when we arent busy! There are very genuine reasons for sale as it has a lot going for it. the shop will come with stock that will be left all ready for the next person to start with. We wud like to get a price near to what were asking for as we have spent alot on the shop but are open to any offers.There is also a large area for a meat/buthcers shop which we are using at the moment.
