We are urgently seeking experienced Customer Service/Complaints Advisors to join our Client based in Birmingham City Centre. As an ongoing temporary assignment you will be responsible for handling high call volumes, providing an excellent level of Customer Service whilst also possessing the ability to problem solve at all levels.
 
Shirt work on a rota basis, so flexibility essential.  You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £8ph.
