A fantastic opportunity working within the legal sector in Birmingham. My client is currently looking for an experienced management information analyst to work within a busy team. Main duties will include:
- To Ensure the accurate and on time Delivery of Client Management Information Reports
- To assist, where necessary, in Providing internal Analysis of Management Information Reports as requested / agreed by Client Partner
- To Develop and Maintain good working relationships with the Owners and Contributors of Management Information Reports to aid in their production
- Where required by the partnership, to Develop and Maintain good working relationships with clients to aid the production of Management Information Reports and client relationships
- To ensure the Management Information Procedure documentation is up to date
- To ensure the Case Management System is up to date to enable accurate and real-time data to be accessed by the client
- To respond to reasonable ad-hoc requests for data in an accurate and timely manner where required
- To Undertake / Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Relevant qualification in IT or other recognised qualification are desirable but not essential.
Microsoft Office Excel knowledge essential-intermediate/advanced level
- Knowledge of or use of databases to store volumes of information or data extraction would be an advantage
- Knowledge/understanding of Windows 2003/XP
- Previous experience of managing large volumes of data using Excel
- Experience of communicating with information contributors of varying levels and abilities with a view to standardising and/or collating data
