It is spacious and full of character - being within a converted victorian house. You have your own large living room and separate bedroom. you also have your own bathroom and kitchen. The garden and laundry are shared.
All amenities are close by and the transport links are great - be it train, bus or motorway. having said that - the area is quite quite.
The only bills you have to pay are your gas and elec - as the council tax, water rates, tv and internet are all included in the rent - do the maths and you'll relise thats quite a deal ; )
