I have various rooms to let in new build canalside townhouses. The properties are located in Hockley behind the Jewellery quarter, North West Birmingham.
Excluding bills the rent is £72 per week for a large ensuite room, £64 per week for a double room, £51 per week for a large single room and £44 per week for a single room with seperate study. However it's normally let as an all inc. package including all utility bills, water rates, council tax, tv license, bt line rental, wireless broadband and freeview. This works out at £84 per week for the ensuite room (£365 per month), £76 per week for the double room (£335 per month), £67 per week for larger single rooms (£290 per month) and £58 per week for a smaller single room with seperate study (£250 per month). As I am a private landlord there are no admin fees or hidden charges.
The deposit is placed in the Government regulated Deposit Protection Service for your peace of mind.
The houses are very well decorated and have attractive gardens. They are almost brand new and come with all mod concs Tv, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, washing machine etc. All rooms are furnished with matching ikea furniture. There are spacious fitted kitchens with high quality spot lighting.
The properties are situated close to a canal and park, with Brindley place and broad street only 20 minutes walk away down the canals.
Transport links are excellent with the number 101 bus leaving less than one minute from the door travelling to the city centre and takes less than 10-12 minutes to get there, it is only 7 minutes to the jewellery quarter+train station+metro. It takes 5-7 minutes to the city centre by car and 3 or 4 minutes to the Jewellery Quarter. There is a shared parking space and plenty of off road parking on the estate.
