K-Star at Perry Barr has now been expanded and will have the following facilities:-
3 matted training areas
MMA Cage
Boxing Ring,
50 ft of cage walls,
Strength and conditioning room,
Cardio area with treadmills, cross trainers etc,
Punch bags, Muay Thai Pads,
Upper cut punch bags, Boxing focus mitts,
Champion Instructors,
Open 7 days a week
Many of you also have health club memberships, with the extra facilities that the Super gym will have, you will be able to cancel your health club membership and SAVE MONEY!
The Super gym will have longer opening hours, so more options for busy people who work shifts.
We are putting on extra classes at the Super gym at later times, to allow for any of you that have to travel, so no missed classes.

We have a weights area, a cardio area and an open training area, so even if there are 2 classes on at the same time, you will still be able to have a great workout and move closer to achieving your goals!
