Hi, my name is Jodie Willetts. I am nineteen years old and I suffer with Cerebral Palsy meaning thst I am wheelchair dependent. I use an electric wheelchair and am able to operate this myself. When transferring to and from my wheelchair I am able to weightbare with support. I am looking to employ a personal assistant toi help mrncrease my indeprndence in both personal and social aspects.

In taking on this post, you will be required to: assist me in both morning and evening routines, personal care and social events, these msy include: shopping, cinema, meals out and going to see my boyfriend.,

I currently attend residential college in Cheltenham and will holding interviews for this post on my return home for college half term breaks. These normally occour every 4-5 weeks, My next break commences on 17/12/09 I am home until 3/01/10.
