This is a very large ground floor flat (basically the whole ground floor of a Georgean building) which has been newly redecorated thoughout in a modern whitewashed minimal style. I have lived here for the last 8 years and am looking for just one person to rent out the spare room

The room itself is large, with a bay window, with new central heating and double glazing. There is a double bed, clothing storage, and a sofa & TV (if required). The price includes all bills and if you have your own computer there is also the free use of the wireless internet connection

There is also access to a large kitchen with plenty of storage, seating space and a brand new stoves cooker

There is a large dining area

The garden is large and very pleasant with seating areas, and I have decorated it in a Moroccan style

Bathroom includes shower and bath
