Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Home manager in a Nursing home that looks after elderly patients in Kingswinford, West Midlands
The Successful applicant must have a valid pin number and experience caring for older people with dementia
It's important you are able to lead a team, demonstrating strong positive attitudes about professional practice
A Good knowledge of CQC regulations is important along with the ability to use your own initiative
You will ensure that the residents are getting the highest quality of care and that the home has an excellent service and level of support.
As the Care home manager you will oversee and manage the staff, take appraisals, hold staff meetings and be able to update care plans as well as carry our risk assessments.
The salary on offer is 40k
