I just wanted to let you know about the Slimming World group that I run at Hill Top Methodist Church, West Bromwich. I expect that many of you have indulged a bit over the summer (or maybe more than a bit!) so if you fancy losing weight by following a plan that allows you to eat unlimited amounts of food, then please do give Slimming World a try! Also, Christmas is only 16 weeks away (believe it or not!) – so who fancies joining us to lose some weight before the party season begins???

I have lost 7 stones in total on Slimming World and I can honestly say that I never went hungry. We have a fantastic bunch of people in our group Hill Top(ladies and gents), we have a great laugh and everyone is 100% supportive.

Our group is on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. If you, or anyone that you know, might be interested in joining, then please get in touch with me on 07886 426429. Or just turn up on the night – Tuesdays at 7pm. You (and your friends and family) will be made very welcome.
