hello all.
i have a 2 bedroomed house on the william sutton estate in alum rock.my house is well maintained to a very high standard.it has a good sized bathroom upstairs.1 medium sized bedroom and 1 large bedroom.the livingroom is of a good size.lovely tiled kitchen.gardens are well kept.close to all shops bus routes .park.doctors etc etc.my home needs abssalutly nothing doing to it.well maintained and very clean the reason for the move is my kids have left home so a family house is not realy needed now.as i live on my own.
the areas im looking for are.kitts green.shardend.castle bromwitch.chelmely wood.kingshurst.
