Sales Executive Business-to-Business

Basic wage + capped commission / self employed status + uncapped commission
OTE exceeding 35k PA
Direct Business to Business Sales with progression to corporate level for the right performer.
This is a TARGET driven market and hard work and good performance is essential.
Full product training and full sales training will be provided.
We are a leading Sales and Marketing organisation with our headquarters based in London. We are currently recruiting for our regional office based in Birmingham.
The position available is for Direct B2B Field Sales Executives to be able to work in the Midlands. We are expanding our operations due to our rapid growth and the demand for our product in this current climate of recession.
You will be working as part of a team and expected to work between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
There are numerous incentives and rewards for high performers, i.e. for quarterly sales targets matched, a choice of company cars are available, a company phone or a laptop will be issued for processing the sales and business use.
The enthusiastic individual we are looking for will demonstrate the following skills and already have a background in B2B sales or sales in general with transferable skills:
• Must be able to demonstrate face to face presentation skills
• Must be able to demonstrate a proven record in proactive selling
• Must have an understanding of the importance of internal and external customer care
• Must be compliant with regulations and policies
• Must be able to show an understanding of the importance of advertising to a business
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of team working
• Must display an acceptable level of written presentation, spelling & numeracy
• Full UK driving license is an advantage
• Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of self-motivation
• Must be able to work using own initiative
• Must be able to make appropriate decisions and prioritise under pressure
