We are a leading Sales and Marketing company with 15 offices in the UK. Due to the securing of a number of notable blue chip clients in the utility industry, we are now looking for a number of Trainee Managers to aid their continued expansion. Over the next twelve months, we plan to open a further 15 offices, both nationally and internationally.
As Trainee Manager, you will be required to complete a 6-12 month training programme. This will be conducted in addition to the standard working day and will cover all aspects of account management, including-
- Revenue generation
- Customer satisfaction
- Recruitment
- People management
- Sales techniques
- Territory management

The ideal Trainee Manager must be smart in appearance, have excellent communication
skills, a natural level of personal confidence, ambition and be willing to progress. Experience is not a necessity. We are interested in graduates / school leavers or people looking for a
change of direction.
