I am a spanish PhD student, from Madrid, and I am doing a visiting research in Aston University.

I am looking for a room in a flat to share, near the university, (I consider near up to 30-40 minutes walking). I am 30 years old, and I am looking for a friendly, but not too noisy ambient.

My budjet is not very big, so I am interested in something bellow 400 pounds/mounth.
