CAD Space Planner Upto £40k

Our client is a prestigious public sector establishment who will be opening a new Facilities Management satellite office.

They are looking for an experienced CAD Space Planner.
You should be able to produce space usage projections and produce all cad drawings for moves / re-location of all departments and carry out site surveys as required. You must also be able to update drawing records of all buildings and inputting data. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience of Space Planning, will possess a flexible & ‘can do’ approach along with excellent communication skills.
Liaison with the business for all aspects of space relating to safe practice and statutory requirements You must have excellent AutoCAD skills and experience of working within the public sector for either the NHS, a University or College, Museum or any other public sector company working direct on the client side. Private sector commercial space planning would also be considered.

Supervising moves and relocation projects throughout the estate covering the South of England and West Midlands

Applicants should posses a Hnc/HND/Degree and be able to demonstrate effective skills in Space Planning in a modern commercial office environment. A clean driving license is essential
