Applications Developer - MS SharePoint Developer
CONTRACT

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large blue chip company, on a contract basis, 4 weeks initially.

You will be responsible for the development of work packages, work to the Project Plan, liaise with Business Analysts ensuring the specifications are clear, understood, achievable, and meet the business needs. You will also manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure data or information regarding integration is understood and documented. You will be part of the full development life cycle including: Configuration Management, Documentation, Coding, Unit Testing and System Testing

You must possess very good skills at Browser applications, and client server applications; MS SharePoint MOSS 2007 and SharePoint designer; Microsoft Visual Studio, specifically C#; Web Services built up using XML, XSLT, XSD; SQL Server (development level); Experience of C# Development for SharePoint web parts. Desirables include MS Certification in a Microsoft Language, SharePoint, Portals and / or Web Services
