Me and my girlfriend are looking for a house with garden, not really too concerned about location but she is finishing her A Levels in Sutton and i work in Walsall so somewhere inbetween would be really good. We are looking to rent straight away but would like either a low deposit or no deposit as we didnt pay one in this house so to pay £800+ in one go is really too much for us. Must accept pets to as i have a dog, im looking to move in really quick as we were supposed to move into a property and gave notice only to find out they are going to sell the house instead, so we are really stuck in the mud.
