Our client is looking for Sales Assistants and Team Leaders in Coventry and Nuneaton to join their regional team in a new and exciting venture they are going to be rolling out in various shopping centres across the UK.
The requirements of this role are that the individual must have previous management experience be able to recruit and retain quality staff.

It would be ideal if the candidate had experience of having worked in a jewellers or pawnbrokers were they have dealt with handling gold or jewellery. It would be ideal if this person has a Police or CRB check.

It is essential that they have retail and customer servcie experience handling large amounts of cash.
They must possess excellent communication and customer service skills with an outgoing and engaging personality. The successful candidates will be of smart appearance and a professional manner.
