This is a full time role which requires the candidate to provide superior customer service dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email.
The successful candidate must have at least six months experience working within a customer service department, excellent communication skills and a very good telephone manner.
The role will also involve basic administration and order processing, so very good IT skills are essential.
This is a nine month contract and the hours will be Mon - Friday 9am -5pm
