Rooms in quality houseshares due to come available between now and February. All rooms are double rooms, and 6 of my houses will have one or two rooms coming available between now and then, so there's plenty of choice if you view early.

I have houses for young professionals and graduates and two houses for students only. All rooms are doubles but are for one person only. One guest may stay at the weekend. Rooms range in price from £280-£330 all inc. (council tax, water rates, gas, electric, gardener and wireless internet). Some houses also benefit from have a Virgin TV package installed.

The price you will pay versus the standard you will receive represents excellent value, as you will note from the standard of the houses in the photos. However, this site can only show a few photos so please feel free to get in touch if you would like me to email you a full set of photos for any house.

All houses are located in the Erdington area which has excellent local amenities and trasnport links to the city centre. Only 10-15 mins by either bus or train to the centre of Birmingham. My husband and I own and run all our own properties so there will be no letting agent fees to be paid, and you have a direct line to your landlord should you need to speak to us about anything. We also give priority to current tenants if they wish to transfer between our properties, without having to start a new 6 month contract.
