Fantastic opportunity for a talented and capable CDP or Jnr Sous to join this premium quality dining pub/restaurant as the Sous Chef. You will be running the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off. You must have the ability to take care of stock control and ordering, staff management and obviously preparing fresh, quality cuisine.
