They are friendly, considerate and tidy, and are the perfect housemates. My housemate and myself are moving out this summer, and we are going to miss them very much, therefore we want to find them 2 great replacements! The house is in Smethwick, postcode B66 4QZ. It is close to Edgbaston, (about a 15 min walk to the resevoir) and there are very regular buses to the city centre and its also easy to get to the Jewellery Quarter. The rent is £347 per month (£80 per week) and includes ALL bills, utilities and wireless broadband. The location is great for food etc, with a large ASDA, and lots of greengrocers, newsagents and takeaways etc. The house is available from 1st July 2008, and the contract lasts until 30th June 2009.
