We currently have a vacancy for a part time nurse (Monday - Friday daytime only, exact hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant). Salary £24k (pro rata)

As part of a team, the post-holder will take a lead role in the delivery of nursing services to our service users. The role includes assessment, establishing complex multi-disciplinary packages of care, monitoring and reviewing, providing clinical intervention according to identified needs, and providing specialist clinical advice, supervision, training & information to colleagues.

The successful applicant will have good interpersonal and motivational skills, excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly personality, a flexible and versatile attitude and good administration, numeracy and IT skills.
Essential requirements – First Level Nurse Registration, experience of working within a multi-disciplinary environment, possession of a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, the ability to initiate work, set objectives and evaluate your own work.
Desirable requirements – previous relevant post-qualification experience, teaching qualification (e.g. ENB 998), experience of working with people with learning disabilities, experience of leading and supporting a team and experience of creating and implementing person-centred care plans.
