A leading banking organisation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a demonstrable track record supporting complex and busy programmes and projects. You will be tasked with defining requirements, process design, developing with others the target operating model and documentation in support of project and programme management. You may also be required to lead a small team of Analysts. You should have experience in financial services, preferably with one of the UK's leading banks, and a skill set that includes: process analysis and design, requirements definition, team leadership, development of target operating models, workflows, Service Level Agreements and a wide range of documentation. You will require excellent presentation skills and experience of dealing with senior executives and clients. Candidates with appropriate professional qualifications will be preferred.
