Recruitment consultancy is a varied and highly demanding profession which requires dedication and motivation. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and target driven environment, where you will be working longer than the traditional office hours.

You will be responsible for:

- Recruitment sales within a specific technical market
- Proactively selling recruitment services to a wide range of companies from SMEs to FTSE listed companies
- Sourcing and representing candidates to clients
- Constantly delivering solutions that exceed client and candidate expectations
- Development and maintenance of ongoing candiate and client relationships

The basic salary for this position is £15k. You have a direct impact into what you earn and first year earnings are typically between £30-35k. On top of this you can expect a minimum of 23 days holiday, healthcare and pension contributions after your trainee period and as part of a benefit scheme you can take advantage of promotions on holidays, insurance and clothing. Team incentives are usually holidays and previous destinations have included Barcelona and Prague.

Also, hit your targets and you will be driving around in a brand new car! These start out at levels such as VW Polos and can lead all the way up to Porsches and Mercedes!

The company are looking for two trainees to work in their Birmingham office. There is flexibility on start dates although immediate starters are preferred.

The role is mainly telephone based, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. In recruitment, more people tell you 'no' than 'yes' so resilience is crucial.

The company are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in telesales, medical sdales or IT sales.
