This is done by providing thoughtful questioning and support via the telephone to help you to focus on your life and prioritise what is important to you, and by then helping you to formulate an action plan so that you can become the person that you want to be, not simply the person you dreamed of being! In return for my time, I will simply ask for a testimonial, a small amount of paperwork as evidence I have provided the coaching, and the willingness to pay for your calls to my ( normal) mobile number.
