C&B Manager
We are currently looking for a talented Conference and Banqueting Manager.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our conference and banqueting department, driving standards forward in order to meet and achieve customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
„Ï To ensure that the Conference and Banqueting operation is run efficiently and effectively and that all requirements and company standards are met.
„Ï Working in order to drive profit forward in the department by controlling costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
„Ï Working within budgetary constraints.
„Ï To effectively manage the Conference and Banqueting team
„Ï To continually train and develop the members of the conference and banqueting and ensure that full departmental inductions are delivered.
„Ï Health and Safety responsibility for the department
„Ï The role does involve Duty Management shifts
DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
„Ï Previous conference and banqueting experience to a supervisory level is required
„Ï Applicants should be well presented, energetic and able to work well under pressure. They should have an eye for detail and possess outstanding customer care skills.
