Have you got experience in channel shift or channel migration in a customer services environment? Hays Contact Centres are currently recruiting for a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham. Undertaking a large transformation project around the way in which they engage with customers, this is a pivotal role in moving the project forward.
You will be leading the way in developing web enabled services, which will allow customers to easily access information as well as encouraging use of self-service channels via the website. You will need to have an innovative approach to developing new ways of engaging with customers.
Managing a small team of technical staff, you will need to have a proven track record in projects to encourage channel shift, excellent people management skills and good knowledge of web based technologies.
This is a fixed term contract post for six months
