The ideal candidate for Strada Assistant Manager must have a proven record in:

• Leadership & People – Ability to integrate well with the team, a flexible management style and a can do attitude, supporting others to develop and succeed
• Customer & Image – Provides a great atmosphere, is a charismatic host of the restaurant and will go the extra mile at all times to deliver a great customer experience
• Financial & Commercial – Is target driven, shows a good financial understanding, has a positive attitude to following directives and actively suggests solutions for continuous improvement
