Hiya. I'm a 27 year old female from Brum and looking for new friends who are into heavy music (like posted in my ad title). Having spent a few years abroad, all of my alternative music loving mates are either in different parts of the world/country, or we've just lost contact! It's always cool to make new friends anyway!

The bands I'm into (in no particular order!) include: Lacuna Coil, Life of Agony, Machine Head, Therapy?, Garbage, Skunk Anansie, Silverchair, Blackstone Cherry, Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Nirvana, Greenday, The Offspring, Guano Apes, Tool, A Perfect Circle. Arch Enemy, Linkin Park, KoRn, Sevendust...... (sooo many more)....!

I'm basically looking for both males and females who are into these kinds of music to become friends with, go to gigs/festivals with, go to rock pubs with, and generally have a rockin' time!

A bit about me... I'm a teacher/lecturer and doing my Masters in it at the same time. Spent some time teaching in Japan and Spain, and travelling while out there. I play a bit of bass, but haven't played in a band in years. I have a really silly/quirky/sarcastic sense of humour. I'm not at all judgemental, come whatever colour/religion/sexual orientation/shape/ "status"/blah blah blah.....
