An exciting opportunity has arisen for either an experienced Lift Engineer to step up to a Supervisory role , or someone who has previously been a Lift Maintenance Supervisor in a busy maintenance company

Lift servicing experience is a MUST.

Covering the Manchester area, the role will be managing a team of approx. 20 Maintenance Engineers. This will involve the processing of routine maintenance, callouts and repairs. This will also include updating information on the computer network, processing of correspondence, service, LOLER, client and consultant reports. It will also be your responsibility to undertake technical surveys, risk assessments and release training.
Excellent communication skills will be required as you will be liaising with suppliers, specialist sub contractors and parts supply chain management and attending client and internal meetings as required.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer/ Supervisor within a lift servicing company.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work efficiently in a busy department
Ability to work on your own initiative


Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
Additional hours may be necessary on occasions

Salary £29,000-35,000 DOE
