I have a spacious double for rent in a lovely period property on the outskirts of Solihull. The location is superb, it's only 3 minutes from the M42 / M40 and a 5 minute drive into Solihull. There are also some great pubs within 10 minutes walk and great bus links into Birmingham.

You will be sharing with one other person, a very easy going 32 year old professional who works a lot. I am moving to Australia and will be very sad to leave my lovely house. The person who you will be sharing with, Simon, co-owns the property with me and he will take care of all the maintenance and upkeep of the place.

The house is a beautifully laid out 3 bedroom terrace with lots of original features, a sunny conservatory and large south facing garden which is ideal for barbeques. We have spent a lot of money in the past 12 months completely refurbishing most of the house. The house backs onto Shirley golf club so its really quiet and peaceful. There is also off road parking.

The room is at the front of the house and comes with full length fitted sliderobes along one wall. I have also included a TV and chest of drawers in the room although these can be taken out if you have your own. The rent is inclusive of all bills including internet, telephone and maintenance of the property.

I am looking for a professional male, female or couple who will respect my home and not make too much noise during the week!
