Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer orientated person to join our office
The successful candidate will be involved in the following tasks:
Main Duties
* Responsible for providing general administrative support to the sales and customer relations team. This will typically include filing, faxing, photocopying and handling incoming and outgoing post.
* Responsible for maintaining strong customer relations by handling incoming phone calls.
* Assisting customers with general account queries and resolving customer disputes where necessary.
* Ensuring compliance with all systems, procedures and processes to maintain accuracy of customer and company information.
* Supporting other areas of the business when required to do so.
Personal Skills required:
* Strong administration & organisational skills adapting well to change
* Excellent communication skills particularly via the telephone and via e-mail
* Flexible and positive approach
* Must be able to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
* Ability to analyse and use a logical approach to problem solving
* Ability to act appropriately to resolve queries and complaints, written or verbal efficiently and effectively
* Ability to work under pressur
Hours are between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary £15,000 - £17000 depending on experience
