The flat is also due for an overhaul with new windows, new kitchen and new heating as part of a regeneration of the area.(As far as i am aware these updates to flat start this month)

Spacious with attic space for storage, the flat gets a generous amount of light.

The flat is 30 mins walk from town but there is a regular buss service with the stop on the opposite site of road where flat is, there is a local school and shops.

There are pictures of flat if you are intrested but be aware i would like to move asap, and only intrested in genuine swaps.
The council have confirmed that the flat will be getting new kitchen, bathroom and electrics with windows to follow work to commence in June 2008
