RobertHalf Management Resources are recruiting for an Urgent Interim Treasury Manager for a West Midlands NHS Trust
The Role
The NHS Treasury Manager Interim we are looking for will support the Assistant Director of Finance by assuming responsibility for the following tasks:
· Design and implement cash flow forecasting and treasury management systems and procedures that comply with Department of Health policy and other examples of best practice.
· Establish monthly rolling forecasts for cash for inclusion in PCT Board reports and provide information to underpin monitoring returns to the StHA
· Design and implement monthly working capital reports
· Review the management of debtors including aged debt and debt chasing in conjunction making recommendations for improvement
· Review and update where necessary all existing policies and procedures associated with cash and treasury management
Extensive NHS Treasury Management experience needed and excellent project management skills.
Immediate start
Salary & Benefits
£245- 300 per day, depending upon experience
