MacGregor Wilson is recruiting for our client, a major blue chip organisation, who is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Lawyer, initially on a 1 year fixed term maternity cover basis.

You will be based initially at the Birmingham offices but latterly in Coventry.

* You will provide commercial legal services to the business
1. Purchasing contracts
2. R&D contracts
3. Advertising Copy Clearance
4. NDAs
5. Training / advising the Purchasing function

The successful applicant will have:

* Strong and relevant academic qualifications
* Hands on contract review, drafting and negotiation experience
* Knowledge of competition law & public procurement
