I would like to rent a small to medium office in the Birmingham/ Solihull area. It needs to be quiet, well maintained and comply with fire and health regs . It will also need to be secure with 24 hour access, own door ( not shared ) and own toilet. I am a language tutor and would appreciate parking for myself and maximum 2 others at any one time. I would prefer heating and lighting included in rent with internet/ phone access. I can pay the going rate and am looking for long term rental. references available.
