My client, a leading large contractor organisation, are currently looking for a QS to join the team in their Birmingham office. Will be working alongside the Senior QS whilst also managing own portion of work.
The job would also suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a move.
The ideal candidate will have worked for a specialist subcontractor before however all applicants with experience of main/subcontract work will be considered.
The role will include general quantity surveying duties such as, valuations, pricing jobs, liaising with the client and other subcontractors, supporting other members of the team, reporting to the senior QS of progress on site.

Very competitive salary.

Degree Qualified is preferred but not essential.
Some experience of working as an Assistant QS or QS within the construction industry is essential.
Experience of working for a specialist subcontractor would be a benefit, however applicants from
a main contracting background will also be considered.
